It's official, we're under contract. We are going over to the house for the inspection tomorrow. I'll be taking measurements of all the rooms to start on some estimates for paint and little renovations tomorrow too. Unlike the house we loved in Somersworth, this house is move-in ready! With a little bit of paint and minor updates this place will be PERFECT!

The house is on a dead-end street, right across from the water. It'll be weird getting Maine plates, but we'll only be 5 minutes away from Portsmouth. We'll finally have a guest room also, so COME AND VISIT!
