Olive started a 6-week class at Tidewater, a Waldorf school just down the street. It's every Friday for 2 hours. This is what I made while Olive played! She kept it in her hair for all of 5 minutes. Considering I don't sew and this was my first attempt, I'm really happy with myself! Olive played with the other kids - some made bread, others played with dolls and other toys. The parents did crafts. Then we all had snack - bread (the kids made) with butter and honey with tea. Afterward Miss Jess, the teacher, told a story with hand-made puppets and then everyone went out to play until it was time to go. Olive has so much fun!
Next week we'll be making barrettes again... hopefully I'll make Olive something even cuter!!
