more snow, more knitting

we have two back-to-back snow storms hitting us. schools closed early today and are closed tomorrow. so what will i be doing... knitting (when olive is napping that is). here is what i've been working on:

my first hat (thanks jen!). it was going to be for me, but didn't come out exactly like it was supposed to, but olive looks cute wearing it.

leg warmers made with hand spun wool yarn. picked up some superwash, super-soft grey yarn and finished one of the two to add to her growing collection. for some reason, i can't get a picture of olive wearing the leg warmers. Her little legs move too fast so the pictures blur.

storm 1 looks like it's done. now for storm 2.
